Helen Jeanne Nicastri received the Real Estate Achievers and Leaders award for Top Individual Realtor by the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce in 2013.  She is one of the Top 3 Sales Associates for Coldwell Banker in Southeast Florida in 2013 and #1 in 2012.  In 2014 and 2015, Helen was the #1 Agent in Coral Gables for Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate.  She is Founder and Chairman of the Master Brokers Forum, Inc., the elite in residential real estate in Miami Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties.  

She represented Coldwell Banker at MIPIM, the top real estate summit in the world.  As a member of FIABCI, International Federation of Realtors Worldwide, Miami Chapter, Helen networks with other international Realtors both commercial and residential, international attorneys, bankers, developers and investors.  She attends FIABCI conferences and symposiums and is the former President of FIABCI’s Miami Council of Realtors.

Gloria Arango has been involved in the Real Estate Industry for over 17 years.  She began her career working with a prominent surveying/engineering firm in Miami, Florida, which provided her an opportunity to learn the many aspects of development.  She then became a Project Manager for a very successful Real Estate Developer where she continued to learn important facets of the construction process.  After 7 years within this part of the industry, she realized her passion for working in this dynamic and challenging field.  

She joined Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate in 2007 and earned the coveted “Rookie of the Year” award for her outstanding performance in her first year as a Sales Associate. After three successful years in a challenging market, Gloria became a member of Helen Jeanne Nicastri’s team. In the past 6 years, as a Sales Associate for one of South Florida’s Top Real Estate Agents, Gloria has established herself as a real estate professional that clients can depend on for honest and accurate information, high level personal customer service, and the perseverance that it takes to help Buyers and Sellers with all of their real estate needs.

Julio is excited to be a part of an internationally recognized brand at Coldwell Banker as well as a member of the Florida Luxury Homes Sales Team, led by internationally recognized luxury realtor, Helen Jeanne Nicastri.
Julio is a Miami native, raised in Coral Gables and the Brickell area.  His background in law and human resource management has allowed him to become an expert in customer service.  He is dedicated to the highest standards in his relationships with his clients as well as his professional colleagues. Julio has earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in both Psychology and Sociology/Anthropology from Florida International University. He remained interested in the field of Law and went on to manage a law firm in Downtown Miami with responsibilities ranging from human resource management, legal research, and processing and filing litigation documents.

After working in the legal profession for over 14 years, Julio expanded his focus and has established a career in Real Estate. Bringing his personal, academic, and professional background to the Real Estate field, he provides the highest level of service to both Buyers and Sellers. He has a hands-on approach that his clients can count on as they make decisions regarding their real estate needs.
